What is Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment?
-Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment is a global entertainment agency that connects clients with top-tier performers for events worldwide. Whether you're looking for live bands, solo singers, acoustic guitarists, fire performers, or even a personal trainer for private sessions, we provide high-quality talent for all occasions.

How does Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment work?
-We act as an intermediary between clients and artists. Our platform allows clients to browse and book talent, while artists manage their availability, we will notify them of the booking and the have 48 hours to respond.. Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment facilitates bookings and will accommodate our clients in anyway we can.

Booking Process​

How do I find the right act for my event?
-You can browse our Entertainment section by category (e.g., Live Bands, Fire Performers, Solo Singers). Once you find an act that fits your event, submit a booking request with your preferred date. Our team will confirm availability and provide a quote within 48 hours. You will then either accept or decline the quote. If accepted a deposit will be paid to us and the remains fee to the artist preferably 7 days before event. However the artist will contact you 28 days before the event to confirm which is best suited for both parties.

How do I book an artist?
-Select an artist and submit a booking request.
-The artist will accept or decline based on their availability, you will be notified within 48 hours of the request..
-If accepted, you will receive a contract for the performance and an invoice for the deposit payment.
-Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.

How is payment handled?
-A deposit is required at the time of booking being accepted by you.
-The remaining balance is paid directly to the artist. The artist will contact you 28 days before the performance to finalise any details and organise the details of how the final payment will be made. We advise payment to be made to the artist 7 days before event.
-For personal training sessions, full payment is required upfront.
-For any other services please contact us via our online messaging service.

Can I communicate directly with the artist before my event?
-All communication goes through Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment until the booking is confirmed. However, once the artist has accepted, they will connect with you before the event to finalise details.

Performance & Event Details​

How long does an artist take to set up?
-Setup times vary depending on the act. Bands usually require 60-90 minutes to set up, while solo performers may need less time. This can be discussed between you and the artist.
Can we request songs from an artists setlist?
-Yes! Artists typically accommodate requests from their existing repertoire. Some may learn a special song (e.g., first dance) for an additional fee.
Can a guest perform with the artist?
-Unless pre-approved, guests are not permitted to use the artist's equipment for performance or karaoke.
What if our venue has sound restrictions?
-If your venue has a sound limiter, inform us in advance so we can match you with an act that can accommodate the venue’s requirements.

Terms & Conditions​

What happens if an artist cancels?
-While Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment ensures reliability, cancellations are rare but possible due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will assist in finding a replacement.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the timing, a cancellation fee may apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details.
Can venues book an artist directly after working with Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment?
-No. If an artist is booked through our agency by a client, that client cannot book the artist privately for 12 months. All bookings during this period should be done through Luxe.

Other Services​
​
Do you offer DJ services?
-Yes! Some of our live acts provide DJ services between sets, either as a playlist DJ or a live-mixed DJ set. Let us know your preference when booking.
Do you provide other services?
-Yes! Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment also offers private personal training sessions, Music Production, Social Media services and online lessons (Vocal Coaching, Guitar and Bass lessons) These are separate from our entertainment services and require full payment upfront.
