Client Booking Policy

Luxe Lifestyle & Entertainment (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a platform for clients (“you,” “your”) to book artists, performers, and a personal trainer. By booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Booking Process

​

Clients can browse and request bookings through our platform.

A contract must be completed and signed when booking is confirmed.

The personal trainer has a separate section where clients must pay in full upon booking.

 

2. Payment Terms

Artist & Performer Bookings​

​

When booking request is submitted the artist will have 48 hours to reply. Once they reply we will then contact you to confirm all future details.

A deposit is required to secure the booking.

The client must state how they will pay the remaining balance (invoice or cash on the night) when the artist makes contact 28 days before performance.

If the artist is unavailable Luxe will try and source another artist that is similar to the artist you are requesting.

If the artist accepts, the deposit is charged and the client receives confirmation.

The remaining balance is paid directly to the artist, and both parties decide on the method.

Personal Trainer Bookings

​

All personal trainer sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

No session will be confirmed until payment is received.

 

3. Booking Confirmations & Cancellations

Artist & Performer Bookings

​

If an artist accepts the booking, the client will receive a confirmation email with details (location, time, duration).

Artist will have 48 hours to reply to a booking request. Once your availability is confirmed we will make the client aware. 

Deposit will be made to Luxe Lifestyle and Entertainment and the remaining will be paid to you by the client. 

You will need to make contact with the client 28 days before the event to finalise these details.

Cancellations by the client after confirmation may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If an artist cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, Luxe Lifestyle & Entertainment will attempt to offer a replacement artist or process a refund of the deposit.

 

​ Personal Trainer Bookings

​

Clients can reschedule their session with at least 48 hours notice.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

In case of trainer unavailability, a rescheduled session or full refund will be offered.

4. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients must provide accurate details when booking.

Clients must ensure they have read the terms and conditions. 

Clients must communicate payment details for the remaining balance of an artist’s fee with the artist.

Clients agree to treat all artists, performers, and trainers with respect. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.

Client will need to make the artist aware of what equipment they will require to perform or if client will provide equipment needed.

5. Luxe Lifestyle & Entertainment’s Role

​

We act solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers.

We are not responsible for non-performance, lateness, or cancellations by any artist or service provider. However this may result in the artist being removed from our platform.

Any disputes must be resolved directly between the client and the artist or service provider. 

 

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
